Password Requests

STOP! THINK! FAKE!

NEVER USE LINKS IN A PASSWORD REQUEST EMAIL!

If you think the request could be real, go directly to the website via your internet browser and log in to the website account in question. The login process will soon advise you if you need to update your password!

REMEMBER! It is very rare that online businesses will send you password requests via email.

STOP! THINK! FAKE!

If you have been caught out by one of these scams, change your password immediately and contact the website owners using your own contact details, NEVER USE the contact details within the email.

If you, like many others use the same password for multiple accounts, you will need to change the password for all your accounts.

We fully recommend using unique strong passwords for all your accounts.

Please download and print our STOP! THINK! FAKE! poster and place around your office.
